Privacy notice

This notice explains how Focus Anchor Analytics handles personal data when you write to the studio or commission a marketing performance reading. It was last revised on 20 September 2026.

Data controller

The data controller is Focus Anchor Analytics, 122/8 Ramintra Road, Min Buri, Min Buri, Bangkok 10510. Email: hello@focusanchor.click. Phone: (02-517-4821). The people who handle inquiry files are Nalin Chaiyawan and Arthit Sombat.

Data we collect

From the inquiry form we collect your name, email address, the reading or chart you select, a preferred presentation date if you give one, the place you prefer for the presentation, and the message you write. If a commission follows, we also receive the business figures you choose to send, correspondence about the comparison period, and payment references needed to match a bank transfer.

We do not ask for national identity numbers, payment card numbers, or special-category data through the form. Please do not include them in the message. The studio’s work is with businesses commissioning chart work. Please do not send information about children.

Why we use it

We use inquiry details to reply, to prepare a quote, and to carry out a reading you commission. The basis is steps toward a contract and, once you accept a quote, performance of that contract. Keeping invoice records rests on legal obligations that apply to a Thai business. We do not run a promotional mailing list, and we do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence that does not become a commission is kept for 24 months and then deleted. Figures and draft charts from a commission are kept for 36 months after the presentation, unless you ask for earlier deletion or a Thai accounting duty requires a longer hold on the invoice itself. Invoices and payment references are kept for five years.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its use, or to object to a use that rests on legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee. To use these rights, email hello@focusanchor.click. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. Some records, especially invoices, may have to be kept even after an erasure request.

International transfers

The studio is in Bangkok. Email and website hosting may place messages or page requests on servers outside Thailand. Where a provider processes personal data abroad, we seek a standard of protection consistent with the PDPA. Campaign figures are worked on at the Ramintra studio. We do not ship those folders to a foreign drawing office.

Sharing

We share data with the email provider that carries our correspondence, the host that serves this website, and our bank when a transfer has to be identified. We do not share your figures with other clients. A photograph of a chart sitting sheet is kept for the studio file only if you allow it, as described on that service page.
