Refunds, deposits, and cancelled afternoons

These rules apply to chart commissions from Focus Anchor Analytics. They match the fees described on the rates page. Last revised 20 September 2026.

Deposits

A campaign reading, and each seasonal-desk reading paid on its own, begins with a scheduling deposit of 40 percent of the quoted fee. A single chart begins with half the quoted fee. A chart sitting is paid in full when the half day is reserved. A seasonal desk paid as a year begins with 70,000 THB when the four dates are reserved; the remaining 52,500 THB of each reading is due on that presentation day.

When a refund is available

Ask within 14 days of the cancellation, the missed appointment, or the studio’s own cancellation. Write to hello@focusanchor.click with the quote reference, the date, and the reason.

• If you cancel before any comparison note is written and before drawing starts, the deposit is refunded in full.
• If the comparison note has been written and accepted, and drawing has not started, half of the deposit is refunded. The rest covers the comparison work already done.
• If drawing has started, the deposit is kept, and sheets already drawn are charged at the share of the fee stated in the quote. Undrawn sheets are not charged.
• Cloth binding and printed sheets already produced are not refundable. You may still collect them during studio hours.
• If the studio cancels, you receive a full refund of amounts paid toward work that will not happen, including the deposit.

Rescheduling

You may move a presentation or a chart sitting once, without an extra fee, if notice reaches us at least five working days ahead and another afternoon is open in the following twenty days. With shorter notice, moving a campaign-reading presentation costs 3,000 THB, because the draughtsman’s afternoon was held. A chart sitting moved inside five working days is treated as a no-show unless we can refill the original half day, in which case only the new date is kept and no second fee is charged.

No-shows

If a presentation party does not arrive and does not send notice, the presentation portion of the fee is kept. One replacement afternoon is offered within twenty days if the studio has a free slot. A second no-show ends the sitting; the bound set can still be collected if drawing was finished and the remainder of the fee is paid. A missed chart sitting keeps the 24,000 THB fee, because the half day cannot be redrawn for someone else at the door.

Work already started

Ink, a written reading, and a comparison note are work already started. They are not reversed as if the commission had never opened. If you withdraw because a source figure was false, work already drawn is still charged. Pencil overlays and unfinished frames that were never presented are not charged as finished charts.

Method and timing

Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer in THB to the account that paid the studio, within 14 working days after we confirm the amount in writing. We do not refund to a different name without a written instruction from the original payer.
