Terms of engagement

These terms govern use of the Focus Anchor Analytics website and the chart work commissioned from the studio. They were last revised on 20 September 2026.

Who you are contracting with

Acceptance

Reading the pages of this website is free of charge and does not by itself create a commission. A commission begins when you accept a written quote by email. Sending the inquiry form asks for a reply and a quote; it does not reserve a date until the quote names a deposit and you pay it. If you commission work, you confirm that you have authority to share the figures you send and to bind the business that will pay the fee.

The website

Rates on this site are the basis of a quote. They are informational. The quote email is the document that fixes scope, fee, deposit, and date. We may update page copy as seasons and studio practice change. A quote already accepted keeps the terms stated in that email.

Intellectual property

Figures, logs, and other materials you supply remain your property. You grant the studio a limited permission to use them solely to prepare the commissioned charts and reading. Once the fee for a commission is paid in full, the charts and the written reading prepared for that commission transfer to you. Until payment is complete, the studio holds those sheets and notes.

The text of this website, the studio’s way of composing a comparison note, and the visual design of the site remain the property of Focus Anchor Analytics. You may not copy the site’s pages for your own commercial publication. You may circulate a chart we have transferred to you inside your own organisation.

Your figures

You are responsible for the accuracy of the tables you send and for having the right to share them. The studio reads what it is given. It does not audit your accounts and does not guarantee a sales result, a media outcome, or a decision by your board. If a source figure is later found to be wrong, one label revision on a campaign reading is included within five days of the presentation, as described on that service page.

Liability

To the extent Thai law allows, the studio’s liability arising from a commission is limited to the fee you paid for that commission. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or any liability that the law of Thailand does not permit to be limited. The website is offered as a description of the studio’s practice. We take care with it, and we do not warrant that every page will be uninterrupted.

Deposits and cancellations

Payment, refunds, rescheduling, no-shows, and work already started are set out on the refund page, which forms part of these terms once you accept a quote.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer where such protection applies.
