Campaign Reading
A campaign reading is a commissioned look at one finished marketing season: the spend you already booked, the replies or sales you already trust, and a set of charts drawn so a budget meeting can argue with the figures.
- Format
- Commissioned briefing
- Time
- Ten to fourteen working days
- Fee basis
- Quoted, most often between 86,000 and 140,000 THB
- Where
- 122/8 Ramintra Road, Min Buri, Min Buri, Bangkok 10510, or a client meeting room in Bangkok
Who brings the figures
Marketing leads who already have a finished season and a meeting where someone will ask where the money went. Hotels after a holiday push, retail counters after a sale week, importers after a catalogue drop, and clinic groups after a booking drive are the rooms we see most often. The reading fits a team that can hand over its own figures. It is a poor fit if you want someone else to log into accounts and run the next campaign.
What you leave with
You leave with up to eight charts, a written reading of roughly 1,500 to 2,500 words, and a ninety-minute presentation. The bound set stays with you. The point of the afternoon is a shared picture of the season you just finished, specific enough that the next budget conversation has something to point at.
Who does the work
Nalin Chaiyawan leads the reading and writes the notes beside each figure. Arthit Sombat draws the sheets. Both work from the Ramintra Road studio.

The order of the days
-
01
Figure intake
You send spend by channel, the dates those amounts cover, and any reply or sales logs you already trust. The studio does not fetch the numbers.
-
02
Comparison note
Nalin writes a short note naming the period the charts will use, and why a rolling calendar week would mislead if holidays or shop-closure days differ. Drawing waits until you accept that note.
-
03
Drawing and writing
Arthit drafts the sheets. Nalin writes the reading beside them, including the awkward parts, such as a channel whose share looked steady only because the whole season shrank.
-
04
Seated presentation
About ninety minutes at the studio or in your Bangkok meeting room. Pencils are on the table. People may mark the sheets.
-
05
Bound set
The cloth folder stays with you the same day. If a source figure was wrong, one label revision is included within five days.
Before we draw
Send one folder: named columns, the currency (THB), and a sentence on the decision the meeting has to make. If a column is a guess, mark it as a guess. Unmarked gaps stop the drawing until you fill them.
Limits we keep
A reading is not opened with fewer than ten working days before the presentation. The studio draws only from figures you supply and does not estimate missing spend. More than eight people in the presentation means a chart sitting should be booked as well, so the room can actually see the sheets.
