Chart Sitting
A chart sitting is a half day in the studio for a team that wants to watch the comparison being drawn, rather than receive a folder a fortnight later. Two or three sheets are made during the session and left with you.

Who brings the figures
Teams of up to six who already share a set of figures and need the same picture in the room before a decision the following week.
What you leave with
Two or three large sheets drawn during the afternoon, with the assumptions written in the margin while everyone is present. There is no separate long written briefing.
Who does the work
Arthit draws at the table. Nalin chairs the comparison so the room does not skip past a holiday or a closed shop day.
Inside the fee
- Four hours in the chart room
- Two or three sheets drawn from figures you bring
- Tea, and enough table space for six people
- The sheets themselves, taken with you the same day

The order of the days

Before the day
You send the tables at least two working days ahead so the axes can be prepared. The ink happens in the room.

The afternoon
The first hour is the comparison rule. The middle hours are drawing. The last half hour is for pencil marks from your team.

Leaving
You take the sheets. The studio keeps a photograph of each sheet for its own file, unless you ask for that copy to be destroyed.
Before we draw
Printed tables or a laptop your own staff will operate. The studio does not log into your accounts during the sitting.
Limits we keep
The session stays at the Ramintra studio. If a key figure is missing, that chart is left as a pencil frame rather than filled with an estimate.
