Seasonal Desk
The seasonal desk is four campaign readings in twelve months, for a business that can name its seasons in advance. The depth of each reading matches a standalone campaign reading. The difference is that the comparison habits carry from one folder to the next.
- Format
- Four commissioned briefings in twelve months
- Time
- Each reading takes ten to fourteen working days
- Fee basis
- 280,000 THB for the year, or 75,000 THB paid at each reading
- Where
- Presentations at the Ramintra studio or in your Bangkok meeting room
Who brings the figures
Marketing leads who have already commissioned one reading and know they will face Songkran, mid-year, a gift season, and year-end with the same questions.
What you leave with
Four bound sets across the year, each with its own presentation. Later readings may reuse a chart form from an earlier season when the comparison is the same, and will say so on the sheet.
Who does the work
Nalin Chaiyawan keeps the year file. Arthit Sombat draws each season’s sheets.
Inside the fee
- Four campaign readings, each within the campaign-reading scope
- A written list of the four presentation windows, agreed at the start
- Carry-forward notes so a later season can use the same comparison rule
Outside the fee
- A fifth season inside the same fee
- Readings for a sister brand with a separate set of figures
- Media buying between the seasons
The order of the days
-
01
Year map
Four windows are written down before the first deposit. Each window names the season, not a vague quarter.
-
02
Each reading
Every season follows the campaign-reading order: figures, comparison note, drawing, presentation, bound set.
-
03
Handover between seasons
After each presentation, a one-page note records which comparison rule should be repeated. That note is the start of the next intake.
Before we draw
A rough calendar of the four seasons and the name of the person who will still be in the role mid-year.
Limits we keep
A skipped season is not replaced with a different brand’s work. If drawing on a season has started, that portion follows the refund terms for work already underway.
